By placing an order, you agree that you are of legal age and that you have read our terms & conditions!

Credit card orders: If you wish, you may use your credit card to pay for any orders you place with us. For security reasons we can ship only to the parties credit card billing address. Only the credit card holder may sign for the delivery (NO EXCEPTIONS).

Legality: It is your responsibility to check all local laws concerning use, ownership & possession of any product in this catalog.

International Orders: Due to increasing amounts of international credit card fraud, we can no longer process direct credit card orders from international customers.

International Customs: Emerson Knives, Inc. assumes no responsibility in the event that your order is held in customs. You are responsible for all custom and duty fees that are charged by your customs department. You are also responsible for providing all information and documentation to comply with your local customs regulations and you are responsible for the delivery of your order once it has been shipped from Emerson knives, Inc. to your address.

Restocking Fee: There is a $20.00 restocking charge for the return of any items to Emerson Knives for refund. All items must be returned to us within 7 days of receipt of order for refund.

Out of Stock Items: If the knife that you order is temporarily out of stock, we will contact you by email to inform you of approximate delivery date. We will not charge your credit card account until the knife is ready to ship. Click for more information.

You can wire transfer the funds directly to our bank account. Should you choose this method of payment please advise us after you make the transfer that you have done so. Upon receipt of the funds we will ship your order.
