These custom made,
full contact, training sticks are absolutely the finest available. They have
the heft, weight, and feel of real sticks without the broken bones and bruises.
You can go 100% with these sticks to greatly enhance your "live fire"
training. I have used them for over two years in all my training and classes
and I swear by them. They are strong, tough and flexible. I am still using my
original pair after two years. Although I do not recommend them for stick to
stick training drills, these are meant for live sparring use against an opponent.
