Revolution™ Bourbon was created to honor the spirit that built America — hard work, sacrifice, independence, and the willingness to stand your ground when it matters most. Aged in new American oak and offered at 90 proof, it delivers a rich, balanced character with notes of caramel, vanilla, toasted oak, warm spice, and just enough smoke and char to remind you where it came from. This is not a whiskey built around trends or marketing gimmicks. It was built the old-fashioned way, with patience, craftsmanship, and respect for tradition. Every bottle is individually serialized as part of a permanent commemorative release honoring America’s 250th Anniversary.
Matched to each bottle is a serialized Emerson knife crafted from the actual oak barrel staves that aged the bourbon itself. The first twenty knives are handmade Super Customs built one at a time by Ernest Emerson with the same level of fit, finish, and attention to detail that made his work respected by collectors and professionals around the world. The remaining knives are produced by
Emerson Knives using the same reclaimed barrel stave material, permanently linking spirit and steel together through matching serial numbers. No other knife company and no other whiskey company can create something like this because there are no others built upon the direct experience and craftsmanship of one of the world’s most renowned custom knifemakers. This release is more than a bottle and a knife. It is a piece of American heritage forged in steel and aged in oak.
The Liberty is a handcrafted tribute to the ideals of American freedom and resilience, featuring a reclaimed chestnut wood handle sourced from early American structures.
Once the backbone of colonial life, chestnut represents strength, endurance, and history—mirroring the spirit of the nation.
